Before you register as a user of the Platform, please read and understand all the terms of the "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully. You must fully agree to all the terms of the Agreement before you can register as a user of this platform and use its services. Your registration and operation on the platform will be deemed as your voluntary acceptance of all the terms and contents of the Agreement.
Ⅰ. Statement
(A)The ownership of all online products within the platform belongs to Plike Pet Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
(B)By registering or logging in to the platform account, you hereby indicate that you have voluntarily accepted all the terms and contents of the agreement.
(C)The terms of the agreement are only effective within this platform, and your actions on the platform are subject to the constraints of the agreement.
(D)Your use of the platform services shall be deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to the relevant announcements of this platform.
(E)This platform reserves the right to modify or suspend part or all of its services without prior notice to you, and shall not be liable for any responsibilities arising from you or third parties as a result.
(F)This platform offers free registration services, and your registration is entirely voluntary. Once registered, you can enjoy more comprehensive services provided by the platform.
(G)After you register as a user, if your account and password are lost, it will not affect the effectiveness of the successful business you have handled. Our platform can restore your registered account and related information, but it does not bear any other responsibilities except for this.
II. User Management:
(A)All of your actions on this platform must comply with the laws and regulations of China. You may not use the services provided by this platform to create, duplicate, publish, or distribute the following information:
1. Opposing the basic principles of the constitution;
2. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
3. Damaging national honor and interests;
4. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
5. Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
6. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;
7. Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, and terrorism content or inciting crime;
8. Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights and interests of others;
9. As well as other content prohibited by laws and regulations.
(B)Your behavior on this platform must also comply with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where you reside, as well as the relevant provisions of international law.
(C)You shall not engage in the following activities using this platform:
1. Entering another person's computer information network without permission, or using the resources of another person's computer information network;
2. Deleting, modifying, or adding functions to another person's computer information network without permission;
3. Deleting, modifying, or adding to data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in another person's computer information network without permission;
4. Creating and intentionally spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs;
5. Other behaviors that endanger the security of computer information networks.
(D) Comply with other rules and procedures of this platform:
1. You are solely responsible for your actions and operations on this platform;
2. When using online platforms, you should read and understand the terms and conditions of the user agreement carefully to understand your responsibilities and obligations. In the event of a dispute or causing damage to other users or the platform, users shall bear corresponding compensation liability and compensate the platform accordingly.
3. If this platform discovers that the information you transmit contains content stipulated in this agreement, this platform has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, reporting to relevant national authorities, preserving relevant records, deleting the content and link addresses, shutting down servers, suspending the operation permissions of your account, and stopping providing services to you without notifying you.
III. Rights and Obligations of Registered Users
(A)Registered users have the right to use the service functions provided by this platform.
(B)Registered users agree to comply with the laws and regulations, including but not limited to the "National Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information Systems Security", "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software", "Regulations on the Management of Internet Bulletin Services", "Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services", as well as the relevant provisions of international law and the laws and regulations of the country and region where you reside.
(C) When registering, you are obliged to provide complete, true, and accurate personal information. If there are any changes to your information, you must update it in a timely manner.
(D) As a registered user, you must properly safeguard your username and password. All activities conducted after logging in will be considered as your own actions and intentions, and you bear full responsibility.
(E) When using the services of this platform, you agree and accept the various types of information services provided by this platform.
Ⅳ. User Privacy:
We commit to keeping your personal information and privacy confidential. Unless authorized or agreed by you, this platform will not disclose your personal data to third parties. However, the following exceptions apply, and the platform is not responsible for any such disclosures:
(A)If you disclose your username and password to others, resulting in the leakage of personal information.
(B)In situations beyond our control, such as hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions or outbreaks, government regulations, etc., which may lead to the leakage, loss, theft, or alteration of user personal data.
(C)To prevent someone from being threatened with danger to their life, body, or property, measures may be taken.
(D) This platform provides links to other platforms but does not take responsibility for the privacy policies or content of those platforms.
(E)Additionally, if you notice any illegal use of your user account or security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify this platform.
(F) Any negligence or carelessness on your part that leads to such incidents.
(G)Your records on this platform may serve as evidence of your violation of laws, regulations, and this agreement.
V. Intellectual Property
All domain names, trade names, trademarks, text, audio and visual content, graphics, and images on this platform are protected by relevant ownership and intellectual property laws. Without the prior written consent of this platform, no individual or entity may copy or use them.
Ⅵ. Application of law
(A)The agreement is revised by the owner of this platform and announced through this platform. Your registration behavior is deemed as your voluntary acceptance of all the terms of the agreement, which will bind you.
(B) The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
(C)If there is a dispute arising from your use of the services provided by the platform, it is generally resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, you may apply for arbitration to an arbitration institution or file a lawsuit with the people's court.
(D)If any clause of the agreement conflicts with the law, this platform may reinterpret it, while other clauses shall remain legally binding on you.
